What time should I check-in?
Check-in time should be confirmed between the accommodation and the paying guest. In case of late arrival, it is necessary to call the accommodation immediately.

How can you ensure the quality of the accommodation offered?
The quality of the accommodation is closely monitored by our agency. We either visit the accommodation in person or we rely on the feedback given by previous guests. In case the rating of an accommodation is not good enough, we reserve the right to remove the property from our listing.

I wish to send a feedback after my stay, how can I do that?
We ask all our clients to send us their feedback at the end of their stay so that to inform us about the rating of a particular accommodation. The agency will then post this feedback on the site under the property details.

In case of late booking, will I be able to find accommodation?
If an accommodation is available, it is always possible to make a last minute booking.
